On May 28, during a period of high tension and fragile negotiations to extend a ceasefire between Washington and Tehran, several clashes had been occurring in the Gulf and in Hormuz, with Iranian fast boats attacked by drones and IRGC coastal installations bombed, including targets on Kharg Island.

What is most surprising is that some attacks were originating from the Ali Al Salem Air Base in Kuwait, which was bombed several times by Iran.

After confirming that attacks were also originating from Kuwait, Iran’s Revolutionary Guard launched a Fateh-110 missile, injuring about five people, including U.S. military personnel and contractors, and destroying and damaging two MQ-9 Reaper drones.

Once again, the total negligence of CENTCOM in conducting operations exactly on the border with Iran and using installations that were proven to be easy targets during the war draws attention. It is the false certainty of omnipotence, which so far has been the Americans’ greatest enemy in this war, marked by this type of negligence since February 28.

And the preparation of the theater of operations seems not to have changed. On the contrary, I notice that the air bases in the Emirates, which are also very vulnerable, are being equipped and receiving weapons.
